ARC Talent is based in Dubai and is a specialist recruitment consultancy, predominately across the Digital, Technology and Marketing industries in the MENA region.
The Plan
A platform was needed where jobs could easily be listed by staff in the backend and easily applied to by candidates in the frontend. No login necessary which keeps conversion rates high, as well as mobile-friendly job application forms. Multiple filters were set up, to allow job searches to be refined by keyword searches, location, employment types and sector.
The Result
We delivered an easy-to-use website created using WordPress content management system. Litespeed caching was implemented for fast loading for visitors browsing from all over the world. To prevent candidates bypassing ARC Talent and applying for roles directly, we implemented Google Maps to show visitors a general location of each job, while restricting exact locations.
