About Taylor Hill & Bond

Taylor Hill & Bond (THB) is one of the most highly-rated estate agencies in the South. With offices in multiple locations including Andover, Romsey and Warsash. The existing THB website was dated and required properties to be added manually, which can be time consuming when you have a large number of property listings between offices covering multiple areas.

The Plan

A new website was planned, with an automated property feed that would sync with THB’s in-house software. Adding properties should be quick and efficient for staff. High-quality images should be displayed, and the site should load quickly as potential property buyers would be spending time browsing and switching between properties. A responsive site and enquiry form was vital, as most visitors would be browsing on a mobile. Plus new content sections to allow staff to post case studies, company updates and industry news.

The Result

We delivered a new responsive website, with easy to update WordPress content management system, integrated with Expert Agent. Properties from all branches are now synced from THB’s live in-house software. Staff no longer have to add properties to multiple places saving time. Floorplans and brochures are available for each property, with a quick and easy to use enquiry form for visitors to use.
