TCL Global is partnered with over 40 educational institutions and offers education consultancy services to students around the world. Offices are located in several countries around the world including the UK, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka with more office openings on the horizon. Despite facing the pressures of COVID, TCL continues to show growth and expansion and they needed an online presence to highlight this.
The Plan
It was vital the new website was mobile-friendly. An easy-to-navigate site structure was planned for content to be added, providing enough information for a student to apply online or an agent to apply on their behalf. Well placed CTAs (Call to actions) were placed throughout the site including on blog posts, educational guides, and each education institution profile page. The old website was set up for a number of years so a careful migration plan was put in place to avoid any loss of search engine optimisation work.
The Result
We delivered a new responsive website, with easy to update WordPress content management system. Video training was created for staff to learn how to update the website in-house. A mobile-friendly online application form and a live e-consultation feature helped boost student applications, along with an instant online video conferencing platform.
